Aaron Machbitz is a former professional wrestler turned mental health evangelist. After losing his big sister Rachel to suicide in 2018, Aaron went on a lifesaving journey to learn everything about mental health, well-being and realizing our true potential. Something For Everybody is the byproduct of pain and curiosity. The goal of this show is to make those who experience mental health conditions or know someone experiencing a mental health condition to feel more loved and connected through story sharing.

Aaron is a really great guy and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. Of course I talked about aspects of my life, but our conversation focused on what I have learned over the years and especially the last nine years. I talk about my five years living in New Hope, PA and how wonderful that experience was with everyone there. We talked about my very first therapy session with Stephanie, who was the first person in my life to completely accept me for who I am. Aaron and I talk about the profound nature of acceptance without burdening it with the need to understand. As Aaron says, if a person is accepted by one other person in their life, they are significantly less likely to commit suicide. And that’s so true. Stephanie was the first of many in my life to accept me.
