I met Dr Bluebond for the first time at my consultation January 10, 2017, shortly after she started her practice at NYU Langone Medical Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was the best consultation and I felt an immediate connection with her and decided she is a very special person. I never felt rushed and she answered my questions in a conversational way that made me feel so comfortable with her. If she would have me as her patient, I decided that day Dr Bluebond would be my surgeon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My surgery was August 31, 2017. I literally ran into the hospital the morning of surgery, so excited and happy, with no fears and completely confident in the outcome! It was an incredible experience made all the better by Dr Bluebond and her wonderful staff and the OR staff. The nurses on the floor were wonderful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’ve since had many experiences with Dr Bluebond at various events and groups. She consistently puts her patients in the forefront, saying people need to hear from us about our lives and experiences. Such humility! She is an ally and advocate for the community and lives it completely. Her patients feel a strong sense of community with each other because of Dr Bluebond!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, I was very depressed and miserable most of my life and my feelings of being female were constant 24\/7. When I realized that I needed to transition and Dr Bluebond enabled me to continue my best possible life, I came alive; a very different person. Dr Bluebond saves lives!
